Build a robot suited for space exploration. This educational building kit lead you through design and construction of an eight legged star explorer. Sturdy plastic pieces, pre-assembled PC boards, and mechanical parts do not require any soldering. Once complete, your robot can scale rocks and obstacles you create for a simulated moon surface. Moving all eight legs, the space nine can turn left and right, powered by the infrared remote control. Requires 8 AA batteries, not included.
